Are there any Restrictions on who can get welded Jewellery?
There are some circumstances where we are unable to weld jewellery.. Please check below.  If you are fitted with a pacemaker unfortunately we aren't able to weld.  If you have a fresh tattoo or piercing near to where you want your welded jewellery we recommend coming back once healed.  If you have an eczema rash in the area of welding we would avoid welding as it the jewellery can cause irritation.  Read more...

What warranty is included in my permanent jewellery?
All permanent jewellery welded pieces come with a 1-year warranty and a 1-month loss guarantee. After the first month, as long as you still have your chain and it’s in good condition, a jeweller can re-weld it for you by appointment. What happens if my chain breaks after the year? If your chain breaks after the first year but you still have it, our jewellers can re-weld it for a small fee, as long as the chain is in good condition. Not sure? How can I look after my new permanent jewellery?
Complimentary Polishing ClothEach customer will receives a complimentary cloth to take home and keep their jewellery shining. Removing JewelleryIf needed, chains can be removed with scissors; thicker chains may require pliers. Cleaning & CareAvoid exposure to harsh chemicals. What do I do if my chain breaks?
While welded chains are designed to be durable, they aren’t unbreakable—for safety reasons. We recommend taking care during sports, gym sessions, or any physical activity. If the welded portion of your chain breaks within 12 months, we’ll happily repair it for you free of charge. Read more...
