Most of our pieces are made from sterling silver, gold filled and 9ct Solid Gold. To keep them looking beautiful for longer, a little extra care is recommended. Here are some simple tips to help you get the most out of your jewellery:

Keep Away from Water
Avoid wearing your jewellery in the shower, bath, pool, or at the beach. Moisture can cause tarnishing and dullness. Try not to store pieces in bathrooms or near heat or air conditioning.

Avoid Sweat
Remove your jewellery before exercising or doing any physical activity, as sweat can affect the plating and cause it to tarnish more quickly.

Store Safely
Store your jewellery in its original box or pouch to protect it from air exposure and scratches. If you no longer have the packaging, a small airtight zip-lock bag works well too.

Limit Contact with Cosmetics
Apply perfumes, lotions, and hair products before putting on your jewellery. Chemicals in cosmetics can damage plating and speed up tarnishing.
